Would it help to have more moderators along with a link in a corner of each post so anyone can click on the link and fill out a "report this post" window/field.

thought this idea should work for all the problems we see on this site. like advertisements, spamming, recruitment, brain dump things, and general rubbish like that. moderators could remove all such rubbish once spotted. i know this is time consuming but something must be done to preserve the "sanctity" of this site
