how could i check windows error log to find out any clue..


The boot log file is named ntbootlog.txt under %SYSTEMROOT% folder (usually C:\Windows or C:\WINNT folder).

But you have to choose "Boot Logging" after you press F8 when booting. Let the PC boot and once the blue screen comes, ntbootlog.txt will have the full sequence of loaded drivers. Restart in safe mode then look at the log file, the last entry/driver in the log could be the one causing the problem.
