Wow! Interesting to see how different things are in another country. Here in the US, most IT magazines are saying otherwise. They also say that there's a shortage in IT workers, but the IT magazines are saying that the reason why this is the case is because companies don't want to pay to train their current employees.

I am sorry,it is killtest,not killtrst.
In the community,if you have not Certificate,Many companies do not Employ you!
In other words, unless u have gotten the A+certification, u can not apply into many companies.

In the netherlands you see a simple (very very simple) MCP paper gives you already a 'place'.. in words like "Wow.. he has some microsoft certification.. he knows a thing or 2 about computers"...

The MCP paper and a bit of bluffing gets you into a job where you can grow further.

I have never seen a company asking for A+, but maybe thats because i'm not looking for a helpdesk function :-).
