Pls. Help! intermittent packet loss and disconnection!

Currently talking to our ISP's senior network guy, he wants PING results to identify if it's a last mile problem, wtf?

Hi guys, I have the go-signal already for a new Cisco Router purchase. With our current network topo described on this thread, (1st page), will a Cisco 1841 do the trick to handle our E1 Link?
