Written by Administrator. Posted in Linux News

A judge in the US district court of Delaware has denied a bid by the SCO Group to get a case filed against it by Red Hat dismissed.

The case was filed in August last year and aimed at getting the SCO Group to stop making "unsubstantiated and untrue public statements attacking Red Hat Linux and the integrity of the Open Source software development process."
