U take that back! SUSE pwn3s Novell on an infinite amount of levels. I think that my grandpa still uses Novell, that stuff is old. Linux owns Novell and Macintosh. The battle between Windows and Linux still occurs, but I think Linux will own Microsoft in the future :D.

Novell Is great I maintained a number of sites with novell 3.12 up to novell 6 I love it.
Linux is just a step away from novell with its trees nds objects containers etc. one server was shut down by a bullet after 364 updays

I have 50 (fifty) sites all running on Netware. Half of them are still running 3.12 while the rest I upgraded them to 6.5. Eventually I will replace them all with 6.5
Only if I would find drivers for the newer hardware so I could still run 3.12 ... Netware 3.12 was and still is rock solid. You just set it up and forget it.

And about uptimes... I had one approaching 999 days...
