vpn throught web

Hi,
i hav problem to connect the vpn from ie-8 in win7.i hav done it to uninstall n install newly setup file but nothing progess.
could u some 1 plz give the solution.

What VPN client are you using?
What VPN setup is on the device at the other end? And can other clients connect to it and work okay?

we r using web base vpn. user name or password are authentication in juniper router.so in first time install juniper plug in after that we are connected through web-base.but windows xp has no problem to connected but problem in win7.
