How to rebuild the Windows CD-ROM image to include hotfix ? was created by jester

i was trying to install windows 2003 server OS in lenovo desktop,but recieved STOP 0x0000007B error since this was a latest model it does not support any ide drive ,i checked in MS site they ask me to rebuild the Windows CD-ROM image to include the hotfix . i dont know how to include the hotfix and rebuild the CD-ROM ,some one help me in the installation?

after a long time, i found the solution for recreating the windows 2003 bootable image with the additional hotfix and drivers.
after adding the drivers to OS image, i used nlite software to recreate the bootable OS image .it allowed me to install the OS in the desktop
