Are you seeing event id's 1517 on the client machines or the domain controller ?

I'll have to double check that, Jaiwardhan. Will let you know what I find.
Sorry, Skepticals. I'm not real sure what else to tell you. They weren't using Roaming Profiles on their original server, and we didn't set up Roaming Profiles on the new server. If there's something I'm missing, then I apologize.

No need to apologize, but I had to setup roaming profiles. I didn't think it is a default configuration.
If you open a user on the server with Users and Computers, goto the profile tab and see if it lists a profile path.

I suppose you could set up a test computer on a different subnet from the affected machines making sure they cannot communicate with each other then if it also filsl the problem must lie with the server. If the problem does not replicate then it may be a machine on the affected side affecting the other computers.
