Linux sever and mikrotik router which is better and prefera.

I'm curious to know which of them is better and technically preferable.
i know both of them have fantastic features.

Collins the answer is straight, they both have far different purposes. I see a mikrotik gateway as having limited features compared to a Linux Gateway. Man do u knw wat we are talking about here? huh? and if i am right a Mikrotik OS uses the Unix / Linux strings (all same operation).

If i had to choose to set up a server / gateway i will prefer to use Linux. I will and will always will.
