why new topic dialog box removed

I logged in after couple of times, the site redesigned and its feel and look nice ...
But disappointed when saw Question/ans/new topic dialog box disappeared from home page where easily seen scrolling down and up automatically.. :huh:

Great to see you back after a while. Glad you hear you like the new layout - we thought it was time for something new and fresh looking, making it easier for our users to navigate through and work on.

The comment box has been removed a long time ago as the new design did support it the way we wanted. You can still though view the latest threads by simply clicking on the 'Recent Topics' in the forums, but there is no way of viewing this from the site's homepage.

While its somewhat inconvenient not to have the comment box, its a small price to pay for the additional functionality we have and cool new design
