Here is a 100% Freeware Client that may be of interest. The 2.1.0 beta which is available as a native x86 or x64 binary supports a wide variety of commercial gateways such as cisco, juniper, fortigate, zywall etc ... It was originally designed to work with ipsec tools and *nix gateways but has also been tested with Free/OpenSwan and isakmpd.
