toshiba bios lockout

not sure if this the right place to ask this but i have been given a toshiba equium a210 -1as laptop the problem i have its 3 years old and has the bios password problem is there any way i can revive the laptop as it is a very good spec machine and would replace my old dell laptop any help regarding will be very helpfull

i have tried the other sites an they dont work so am in need of help regaing the bios lockout

if you mean the lost bios password then try typing toshiba as the pwrd. some manufacturers provides a defult bios pwrd for their product that works irrespective of the user-set password
