beexo or who are u if u dont have good reply dont say anytin........company subscribe for this window vista O/S but one of it is the one given us that kind of problem, then i was asked 2 tackled d problem but later with all d observation and all d troubleshooting techniques i realize that the O/S was a test copy not genuine, so we return it to were we purchase it. i would have come 4 d reply but have being away 4 some time........thanks 2 all that comment in a good manner
