anyone explain this output?

This is the MAC address table (or as referred to the CAM, Content Addressable Memory). Each row shows a mapping between a MAC address (that exists on your LAN) and an interface on your router (or switch).

In your case above, most of the MACs map to the same Fastethernet3 port, this is obviously because your switch is connected to that port so all MACs on the switch's LAN show there.
