How can measure this bandwidth ?

hi every one,
please what formula will i use to divide this banwidth and determine how many system it can carry well .

bandwidth= 200 kbps (upload) 1024 kbps (download). from my ISP.

Well, I have always used 40kbps per pc for internet surfing (CNN, Google, and such) as my standard. That does not include any streaming audio or video (No youtube). And that is per pc, not per active user. So if im going t be serving 30 pcs I would want 30x40kbps(1200kbps) of bandwidth. If they are going to be using for non business, like streaming video and audio, this number gets inflated per session. Streaming audio from slacker.com for example uses about 150kbps and streaming HD Video from youtube can consume 1mb of bandwidth per second (Spiked at 1.2mb in my test).

1024 kbps (download).......It provides search and find ip address's,domain name host's whois information including city, country, global latitude & longitude coordinates.
