vlan client was created by sidebrain 
        Hi 
I am a student academy cisco CCNA3, i learn in mode client a switch save configuration in file vlan.dat in ram, not in nvram, saving a lot of memory.
i am confusing in the site is saving in nvram.
Anyone can explain this ?

Basically it's vlan.dat. But the details are a little more involved. NVRAM (startup-config) is used in some cases. Exact details are here:
