I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a quick overview, or link me.

What are the differences between MSTP and RSTP?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only differences between STP and RSTP is the convergence time. RSTP has a lower convergence time because it goes strait from Blocking->Forwarding, instead of Blocking->Listening->Learning->Forwarding.

Yes thats correct.

MSTP is for multiple Spanning-Trees (i.e. can group multiple VLAN's into a single Spanning-Tree topology)

Here is a link that gives a brief explination (at the start)
