You are talking about routing between subnets. You would need either a router or a Layer 3 switch.

No problem knight, thats why we're here.. to answer questions :)
as tom said you would have to shove a router in between the two subnets and configure it to route between the two subnets.

Since its such a small network you could add static routes.
But as you said, this is imaginary.

Supernetting is used when you want to combine many networks into one large network so that in the routing tables there is only one entry rather than one for each of the subnets. Its almost the opposite of subnetting. If you check the Networking section at the top of the site, there is a very good explanation of Supernetting.

Thanks a lot guys, you guys and reading more on supernetting (WELL WRITTEN TOO Chris! {asuming Chris}) helped me figure things out.

Hi,

Consider a class C network 192.168.0.0\255.255.255.0. Why isn't it possible to subnet the above network into two like 192.168.0.0\255.255.255.128 so that we can have two networks with 192.168.0.0 (broadcast being 192.168.0.127) & 192.168.0.128 (broadcast being 192.168.0.255).
