Hmmm. Very well done Nice to see people come up with the Course material rather than Real World.

First of all, Make your Broadband Router Enabled with Firewall.

1. However configure VPN in the broadband router, Give the credentials and configure Windows VPN in your Laptop. (I will let you know this VPN Configuration if you are really interested or your course actually need it) Till You can follow below steps by enabling Firewall in your Broadband router.

Following will be configured in GUI which is easier for you.

2. Configure NAT.

3. Assume if you have ONE Public ip as 11.23.4.5

4. Configure NAT With Local IP LAN Network with port numbers for Different servers.

5. Assume you have Four Servers, obviously with Four IP ADDRESSES.

6. Map the PUBLIC IP with the LOCAL LAN IP.

7. If you have sufficient PUBLIC IP then ONE TO ONE.

8. If you have single PUBLIC IP then ONE TO MANY BY MENTIONING PORT NUMBERS.

9. Assume you want to access 4 servers from your HOME LAPTOP :)

10. Configure 11.23.4.5 > 192.168.2.5:3389 for Server 1. then 11.23.4.5 > 192.168.2.6:3390 for Server 2 and keep on.... till the end of the server. (> symbol denotes MAPPING)

11. Open the REMOTE DESKTOP TERMINAL from your Laptop. Enter the Public IP Address with appropriate port number. you should enter PUBLIC IP in laptop as 11.23.4.5:3389, 11.23.4.5:3390 and so on..

12. ''THE KEY FOR SUCCESS'' IS YOU SHOULD KEEP ON STUDY AND MASTER THE BASICS.

Rizin
