is presented when users do not follow our guidelines and use enable or secret passwords other than the ones indicated.
Everytime a new user enters the system to start their session, our booking system will try and reset the equipment to prepare them for the lab.
The error occurs when the system is unable to log into the equipment due to incorrect enable/secret passwords.
This is the reason we've asked users to use specific passwords, but quite a few do not follow these guidelines. To overcome this problem, we must then manually perform a password-reset procedure in order to clear the equipment's nvram.
In order to avoid these problems, please try and stick to the rules.
