Event ID 1219 Access is Denied

Hi Guys

Iam facing difficulty finding a solution for this problem.Iam unable to login remotely to 2 of my branch database servers.Iam able to login with my domain user name(member of admins for DC).But iam unable to login with the DC administrator password.I have issues with 2 branches,

I get the following error when logging with administrator
first it grades out and then displays the following error after sometime
the system cannot log you on due to the following error
Acess is denied
checked event id's 1219 winlogon error.
tried some troubleshooting still didnt work out!!!!!

Can you do basic ping tests on the remote servers?

Are these sites connected via VPN?

Hi everybody

The problem is Fixed finally restarted the server properties service on Domain Controller and a reboot of Domain Controller fixed the problem.

Yes i was able to connect with my domain user id with Admin Rights and also ping.The issue was that i was only unable to login with administrator login for the domain controller.
