Hi All,

Is there any option in Microsoft outlook where we can make the e-mail address of one recipient in BCC as Default.

Let me put in simple way, if i send an e-mail to S0lo or anyone in the firewall.com, Chris e-mail address must be added automatically in BCC by default. it means to whom so ever i sent an e-mail, Chris must be aware and read that mail to Whom i had sent.

I must be also restricted to change those Default BCC settings.

Thanks and Expecting your kind suggestions.

Rizin.

I have never seen anything like this. Now naturally if you had an application (.exe or web) you can code things like that. But I don't believe with Outlook or Outlook express you can.

I would look at some Archiving software for exchange which will perform this for you.

Not sure if there are free ones out there, do you currently do any email filtering ? What product do you use ? Maybe if this product set is nearly up for a renewal then look at a replacement product that can either do message archiving or you can setup a rule to just BCC the email. We use several products that can do this but depends on what the requirements are...

Thanks,
