Hi,
I had SuSe 9 installed on my system. Yesterday I guess due to some harddisk probelm it is not able to boot. On top of it now I dont see anything in the LVM partition . After I mount the LVM using Knopixx live CD, I see many files in lost + found directory and all are changed to something like this - #1360048 #1360095 #3129345 also the files inside these folders are converted to numbers. I am able to read those files, but i have lost all the folder and file names.
I have copied majority of the folders (just by guess of the size) to different harddrive, but dont seem it might be useful as I none the files or folders have names.
I had done fsck.ext3 on LVM (which didnt complete, saying partition still have errors on it) , might this have caused this problem?
