Anyone know any good freebased Vitual machines that can run on the windows xp Home platform

ive tried microsoft virtual pc 2007 but that only works fully on professional editions.

VMware you pay for after 30 days and it's the same with virtualPC not by microsoft.

So what else do you have that i havnt tried or heard of?

Also I would like one that Ubuntu 7.0.4 works well in.

Have you tried VMWare Server ? Its free (no time bomb on it) and although it says it only works on Windows Server version, i have got it working on Vista (just ignored the warning).

May be worth trying to install it.
