Uploading files!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guyz,

I need to know some information, The thing is i have some data in my friends comp who stayes in other state which i need to download it to my comp so if u guys know free FTP sites where files can be uploaded and downloaded for free plz let me know the size of data is somewhere around 320 MB. if u guys have some better plan plz let me know.........
