Sniffing A Wireless Network Passively With Xp? was created by ping
When I sniff my own wireless network using XP and ethereal, I noticed in the packet dump that it includes lots of ARP/DNS requests of machines which my laptop has previously accessed.
I know I could probably use the Auditor live cd, but is it possible to sniff off a wireless network using XP undetected passively?
