find out mac or ip

hello all,
i have 20 cisco switches in network.
i want to pull all switch port mac address and ip address in out excell file or txt or need to any server.
plz suggest me

'sh mac-address-table dynamic' or 'sh mac address-table dynamic'

'sh ip arp'

Then copy and paste to Excel.

I don't know of an easier way to do this. I suspect scripting can get the job done a lot faster if you know Python, Perl, or TCL and know how to do it.
