The GMT timezone for the UK should be GMT 0.

Malaysia should be GMT +8 hours.

The Cisco Lab login page contains a link regarding your GMT time zone (it's really hard to miss!).
That link will redirect you to a page we've created where you can find out how to change your GMT timezone and also contains a URL to a site that has every country's GMT timezone listed.
