Happy Birthday to you Global and Cyberoidx!

I've been having big problems trying to get up in time, I think all those hours spent studying and working are finally catching up with me!!

A colleague of mine explained to me his 'sleep packet' theory which is hilarious but also convincing  I'll need to type it here sometime so you guys can ready it, its simply great! :)

Augh. Waking up is difficult. After hitting my snooze button once every day for a week, I set my alarm ten minutes earlier.

I now have my alarm set almost an hour before I actually need to wake up and hit my snooze between 4 and 5 times every morning. I'm not sure this is healthy, but it gives me time to wake up.

I never know where I'm going until I get there.

I've got the ideal solution to the problem of waking up in the morning.......Don't go to sleep, or sleep very little. Seems to work well for me, I usually get between 2 - 4 hours sleep a night. So far, I seem to be working ok with that. Certainly helped when my son was born

So, simple answers
a) Don't go to sleep then you don't have to get up.
b) Learn to live with a little amount of sleep.

PS my birthday, if anyone is interested is 22nd December.
