Need MCSE certs in one year.

I recently took a job that requires obtaining my MCSE within a year. My real-world job experience most recently was 5 years as Network Manager of a four-site, 500 employee business, with primary responsibility for all IT infrastructure (switches, routers, servers, etc).

If you have time to sacrifice then obtaining MCSE within a year is not a difficult thing to do, and since you have experience it will be easier. I don't have it but from what i've read and from the course outlines that i've seen it's not a very difficult exam.
