What device in your network is serving as the DHCP server?

If your DHCP server is the ASA it self, and you've already configured it properly. You can use the following command:

dhcpd dns 100.200.200.1

Replace 100.200.200.1 with the IP address of your DNS server. Or you can use auto configuration, if you ISP supports it, like this:

dhcpd auto_config outside
