I don't know if you've seen it, but we do have a presentation on Cisco SmartCare in the 'Technical Knowledgebase\Router & Switching' section. It analyses what the Smartcare services are and also contains some information you won't find at Cisco's site.
As an add-on, you can also search Cisco's site - there's quite a bit of information that's more marketing-oriented and also might do for your presentation.
