Hi Chandak76,

If you have a Windows 2003, you may consider using ISA Server :-)

On the lighter side, I would advice you to consider unistalling Windows 2003 and use a flavor of Linux & Squid.

[Internet]->[Cisco, may or may not with access-lists]->[Windows server 2003 with ISA]->Clients

on CCNA, I leave this to experts on Cisco.

I am CCNA qualified, thing is, I have forgotten most of it, which was foolish.

I got my CCNA about three months ago (they haven't mailed it yet :x )
I haven't read this book but a lot of people going for the ccna use it and they suggest it as a guide.
I personally used CCNA certification library from cisco press written by Wendell Odom.
Hope i helped

Yes ISA server works pretty well (i know that some of you might disagree) but under the windows environment the ISA server is good. You could use it as both Proxy and Firewall.

try this link:

www.isaserver.org

the link provides you with articles and tutorials regarding the ISA server.

hope this helps...
