Ok, I am trying to set up a Cisco 1841 Router. It has 2 FE ports. 0/0 is 205.100.1.1/24. 0/1 is 205.100.2.1/24. I have equipment of both ends and can't ping through. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Can you post a link to your .pkt file. It would be much easier for us to trouble shoot and tell you exactly whats the problem. You can upload it here: www.sendspace.com/

If you're unable to sumit your packet tracer file as solo adviced, and if you have a basic setup, here are a few things you can check...

Make sure you have the correct cable-type connected to the router ethernet interfaces

Router to Switch=Straight-through cable
Router to PC=Cross-Over cable

Make sure you've enabled the router interfaces by using the "no shutdown" command

Connecting hosts should be configured with an ip on the same network as the router's ethernet interface, and use the routers ethernet interface as it's gateway address:

(i.e. PC connected to Fa0/0 - IP: 205.100.1.2; Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0; Gateway: 205.100.1.1)

Since both networks are directly connected, you don't need to configure anything extra.
