Unfortunately the problem occurred while most of us were on holidays and away from our computers, making it impossible to detect and repair.
We also found one of our services - Webmail - being abused by a few users, who attempted to send out more than 412,000 spam emails, so we have placed a permanent ban on their whole network, deleted their accounts and disabled the webmail service until further notice.
We are sad to see people trying to use our free services and resources in such a way, and therefore have been forced to place these restrictions until we can find a way to avoid these problems in the future.
Closing, we would like to apologise for the delays and problems and hope we will not see these problems visiting us again.
