Hi guy's need a bit of help here. Ok i've been asked to set up a mailbox on exchange for user's in the company who want to use it as a suggestions box so that employee's can send requests to their managers and in turn the managers can reply from this "suggestions" mailbox. So i created a user in AD with an e.mail address and gave the specified user's full mailbox rights for this mailbox , I then added the mailbox to the managers outlook 2003 clients as a second mailbox. Now they can send ok to this mailbox however when they go into the inbox and try and reply ie they are replying from the newly created suggestions mailbox they get a msg stating "you do not have permissions to send on behalf of the specified user" I know this is prob something silly but its doing my head in i cant think of anything else to check as they have full mailbox rights. Any help would be great. Thanks.
