having troubles with router. other end is sending and receiving, while we are only sending. They can see me through cdp neighbour, but we cannot dothe same. unable to ping both ways. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. dont know much about routers, learning as i'm going along.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

hi check in ur running config...
sh run

1) what about the ur default gateway correct?

2) how are u actualli many routers...i think check ur default gateway...that could be the problem,...are ur etherent cables correctly plugged into the right router?

3)check to see u dont have access-lists denying ICMPs
