Good day gurus!!

Anyone here who has an idea how can I connect my Home PC from my office PC. Each end has a DSL public-internet connection. I'm planning to access my real-time webcam application at home from my office.

I've read thread it talks about a client so i definitely a server for this one.

I just want to access my Home webcam from the office.

Your webcam has a web interface yes?

If so then you need to do a Port Forward/Nat Translation from your Public Static Ip to the Internal/Local Ip of your webcam

If its Web interface it will generall be TCP port 80 but consult the webcam documentation incase it is running on another port

then from work if you have allowed all outbound traffic or port 80 you should be able to type in the public static ip for you router at home in a web browser and Hey Prestro....

to get your public static ip you need to be at home and go to
