Someone please look into the issue. I can't login to SMS GUI R77.20.
Error that I am getting is "Connection can not be initiated. Please make sure that Server is up and running "
Things that i have already checked
1) IP is already defined in GUI client list in CPCONFIG
2) service 18190 is up and running and i can locally telnet
3) I have run the debug using
FW debug fwm on
and found the "Connection from 10.x.x.x to entity CPMI server failed (313) SIC error for CPMI : authentication methods are not intialized.
I have then tried revoking management server certificate and then creating it
again but still the same issue.
Please check if someone can help me with this.
