No, you do not need a website or registered domain name to connect to a VPN. You can use an IP address.

The speed ranged from 139-300. The copies ran for days. There were tons of files!
I had to move 3TB of data. Most of which were small PDR/Word style files. |

| Yes, there will be a convergence time while the tree is chopped down and rebuilt. Are you using 802.1D? Should be about 20 seconds. |
