depends on your permissions really

turn on windows firewall and block RDP (port 3389 i think) ?
disable remote conenctions (right clikc my computer> properties> remote )

I agree with JamieP, RDP can be blocked by the windows firewall (uncheck remote desktop) i.e port 3389. Or you can disable it through "My Computer" right click as JamieP mentioned.

However, this will prevent YOU from RDC-ing into your PC. So another way is to remove his account from the "remote users" list. You can do this in the same tab (right click My Computer > Properties > Remote > Select Remote Users).

he said his admininstrator, then it is highly unlikely he will h ave the permission to do all that. Are you in a domain environment ?

sose - as i said, it depends on his permissions really!!!

seen as this site is called firewall.cx, we could take it to the extreme with a networking solution that you couple implement with no security permissions on the domain!!

you could get your own little firewall, connect it inline with you computer, give the firewalls outside interface your computers IP address, make your own subnet behind the firewall, make sure the firewall NAT's from inside to out, and permit all traffic except for TCP:3389

But maybe thats a bit too far...

In this forum we have a culture, we talk about technology that translates into organisational productivity,
technology to translates into efficiency to an organisation. It is a professional forum.

Therefore, why should someone wants to block his administrator from reaching his systems.
The admin runs maintenance operation from time to time on his system. As a network administrator , I view people
like this as problem on the network, that just unnecessary make our work difficult. They try something on a
production network, something happens and they pretend, so you spend sleepless nights trying to go through logs.
