Hey Guys,

I have a brief question. I have a web server with a address of:

web.nyc.ncy.edu for example. When i log in, it takes me to the home directory.

After i log into the server using winscp. I uploaded a couple of word and excel documents in separate folders. I want to make link to these files so my friends can down load them.

Does any one know how i can go about to accomplish this.

If the "home folder" you referred to is actually the document root for your personal webspace, then any files in there can be be accessed by using the URL:
[code:1]http://yourwebaddress/filename.ext[/code:1]
