My Boss just got him self a blackberry and wants to recieve his mail on both the blackberry and his pc.Our mail server is hosted at our ISP and what happen is when you recieve your mail its downloaded to your pc,sothey is no mail kept on the server.If I had to use web access to set up the blackberry will the mail go to the blackberry or will it also go to the pc.

It is possible to configure your POP3 client not to delete the messages once they are downloaded. An other solution is to see whether IMAP accessibility is provided -with IMAP you are not even required to download each mail localy before you read it-.

In IMAP you are first allowed to read details about the mail you received then if you wish you could download it. It also shows the attechment size so if you don't want to download the attechment and leave it on server and then download the pure message that is also possible in IMAP 4.0 and latere versions. I guess that's the correct version.
