Hello evryone...my computer keeps on crashing and a message pops in "virtual memory is full"

I already checked with my virtul memory settings it was set to "let windows manage d virtual memory"....

What seems to be problem??

Please help me...

manually set the VM to a larger number... increase the paging file... put more memory in the computer--- what kind of computer is it?
