Hello,

I am new in this forum and also this is my first new post.

My problem is related to the printing preferences of the printer driver. I have install the printer driver on my server (3 terminal server) and i have share it to my users (working on a terminal-dummy PC).

The default printing preferences are the same for all users and they have the rights to change them(e.g. when they want to print a word document). However, these preferences should return back to their default values. And that is the case.

When a user change the printing preferences of a document that he/she wants to print and another user wants to print another or the same document he/she will print it with the last printing preferences and not with the default.

Any suggestions?

I would like to thank you in advance for the chance that to gave me first to enroll my self in this forum and secondly to post my message
