hi there..
My windows vista unable to grab ip in cisco network environment.. Windows XP & Ubuntu linux running well.

Do cisco release any patches to its IOS to solve this problem? Or is it an operating system problems?

Please advice.

It's probably a Vista problem. Since your XP and linux are grabbing IPs. (I assume here that you have a DHCP server or service).
