PLease could anyone tell me how I can use linux os to mount a hard disk so that I view my linux partition in windows, in a situation of multi boot system(linux and windows)

There are a number of Windows tools available that will allow you to access Ext2 or Ext3 partitions from Windows. Check out Explore2fs or Ext2 Installable File System.
