Not quite sure what you're asking. If you are talking about doing a system restore, you can run this manually using the function in XP. I'm not sure why you would want to schedule one, this is only done if you have a problem with your system and you want to go back to an earlier version etc.

you can effectively schedule system restore on XP by using Schedule Tasks, but do make sure the pc is not on standby or hibernate at the time at which you have scheduled it to make a system restore point, otherwise it will not do it.
