That provides a good introduction indeed! Of course, Hans, no tutorial can cover everything, you can only learn by installing a Unix-Like operating system, like Linux or FreeBSD, and playing with it. There are concepts completelly unknown to the Windows world, so keep in mind it's going to take some time and reading.

Personally I've learned my way around after using Slackware and reading the following free books.

Also check FreeBSD and it's excellent handbook as well as OpenBSD and it's excellent FAQ .
